Grievance Redress Portal
This is a one-stop platform for HIMVEERS and CITIZENS to seek redress of their grievances related to ITBP.The grievances can be filed under appropriate category. Once grievance has been submitted, a tracking number will be generated which can be used to track the status of the grievance. The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority. You will get mail as well as sms alerts to help you keep track of your grievance.
Here's how this works
Raising new Grievance
To initiate a new grievance, please click on the 'New Grievance' select an appropriate catagory , put in the Grievance and click on submit button
Grievance Redress
Once your Grievance is submitted, Competent Authority will address your grievance and will return your grievance with comments if found appropriate
My Grievance
You can view all the grievances raised by you in My Grievance tab. Click on SUBMITTED to view all submitted grievances. Click on INBOX to view all grievances pending with you
